after lots of testing with proxy settings software for vodafone i found a proxy that can access through free internet in vodafone
Create a new configuration settings or edit a settings with
Name : Myideaidea
Proxy :197.784.47.77 port : 80
access point :www
Home page :www.google.com
Now save this settings and access this access point for free unlimited internet
